Sheldon Cooper is back in Pasadena in a new promo for The Big Bang Theory's upcoming eighth season.
Unable to navigate all the major changes in his life, Emmy winner Jim Parsons' Sheldon was last seen heading out of town on a train in the season seven finale. In the new clip, Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) bring the lovable nerd back home, where the new and seemingly relaxed Sheldon is, as he says, "ready to deal with any changes that come my way."

"He's gone for 45 days and it doesn't end as well as he'd like with him having all of his belongs stolen while he was asleep in the sleeper car," showrunner Steve Molaro previewed to The Hollywood Reporter.
