Taylor Swift stopped by Thursday’s “Late Night,” where the show’s host Seth Meyers called her out for her awkward dancing at awards show and over-the-top post-workout clothes.

The singer admitted to Meyers that she used to get “really nervous at awards shows because they’re a huge pressure cooker.”
Swift further explained, “A couple years ago I just decided, ‘No. This is the coolest concert you could ever go to. This is like all these incredible acts playing their biggest songs and I get to be front row and I’m going to dance during this because I feel like it — and not because it looks cool, because it doesn’t.’”

As for the high-fashion outfits Swift wears when she leaves the gym, the pop star joked, “That is how everyone looks when they come out of the gym,” before adding, “I like to bring a change of clothes.”
“I picture you in the locker room taking up a lot of space,” Meyers told Swift after showing the audience photos of her leaving the gym in style.
Swift reasoned, “I think New York is one of those cities that feels worth dressing up for, if that makes any sense. I just feel like when I walk out onto the sidewalk in New York, I have to just try a little harder. But it’s not like an extra hour in the gym.”
