“Keeping Up with the Kardashians” aired the final part of its vacation special on Sunday, showcasing the rest of the family’s super-dramatic trip to Thailand.
After last week’s cliffhanger, Khloe Kardashian ultimately decided not to go home early out of fear of disappointing her family, and took out some of her aggression during a boxing workout.
The clan then chose to stop focusing on themselves, visiting a local orphanage where local kids live and work.
Holding hands with the young girls and boys, the stars received a tour of the complex and bonded through music.
“I grew up with a family that had such a strong bond and connection,” said Kim. “It makes me so sad that these kids don’t have this connection.”
Kendall noted, “These kids have almost nothing and can still be happy, and I think my family can learn from them.”
The visit was capped off by giving the children gifts, and playing games with them, a wonderful experience that just made Khloe more sad that Rob wasn’t with them.
Kim hit it off with a girl named Pink in particular (see photo below), saying she “totally gravitated toward her,” and admitted, “I literally want to take her home with me.”
Khloe’s mood further disintegrated when she admitted she was “stressing the f*ck out [about] life,” and revealed that Lamar Odom was missing.
Stepbrother Brandon Jenner told her she deserved a lot better, and she opened up a bit about Odom cheating on her.
“Lamar stuff will weigh on me for the rest of my life,” she told the camera, saying that the demise of the marriage was not something she wanted. “For the rest of my life I’m going to deal with that and think about that and worry about him and want to protect him.”

Brandon and Brody Jenner decided they wanted to fix Khloe up… with one of the locals… and scouted men out at a professional boxing match.
“Brandon and Brody are feeling pretty sorry for Khloe and what she’s going through,” said Bruce. “I don’t know if the answer is finding her a Thai boxer to get her mind off of it, but it’s pretty funny.”
The guys went around literally showing random men her picture, and then snapped shots of them to later show Khloe.
The next day, Kim researched what she could do to “change” Pink’s life, noting she wants to give the 12-year-old “the proper education, and clothes, anything I could think of.”
“It just breaks my heart for these kids that just live out here,” she complained to Brody. “It was four girls sleeping in a room with two beds. There were ants all over the floor.”
Brandon later spoke to Kris about Rob and Khloe’s issues, and the matriarch revealed of her son, “He wants to be a little bit private. Over the course of he year, he’s gained 75 pounds. It’s devastating.”
Kris went on to explain that Khloe feels responsible for him, but she has hope her daughter will come out “stronger” as she sorts through her issues.
They were interrupted by Kim, who shared how she cannot stop thinking about Pink,” and even told Kanye about her.
“I would totally adopt her,” Kim confessed, a statement that Kris called “aggressive.”

She told Kim, “You can’t just go to an orphanage and fall in love with a child and take them home like you’re shopping.”
Kris stressed that there’s other things Kim could do to help, and she admitted that in the past she “never would have thought of adoption,” but her family wasn’t understanding how strongly she now felt about it.
Kim took her interest to their host, who revealed that she probably wouldn’t be allowed to adopt in Thailand, explaining that the government fears kids will be taken for the wrong reasons.
She was crushed, and also angry that others ruined the opportunity for genuine caregivers, but decided with Kris to visit the orphanage again to discuss the issue in person and see what more they could do outside of adopting.
Brody and Brandon later clued Kris in on their plan for Khloe, and they actually called one of the guys and had her pose as Khloe to potentially up a date.
Khloe was none the wiser as she and the fam went to a Buddhist temple, where she hoped to get “peace and serenity” to “enjoy the rest of this trip.”
The group received a blessing, and Khloe embraced the new “vibe” since the vacation thus far had been “very emotionally-draining for her.”
Kim found her having some alone time on the complex, and asked if the visit was helping her relax, before telling her she shouldn’t stress so much.
“I just feel like you’ve been so stressed out lately feeling like you have to take full responsibility with Rob when now is the time when you have to take care of yourself,” she told her sister.
Khloe found Kim’s perspective to be unrealistic, and said in a confessional that she was purposefully avoiding her, but now Kim was “trying to corner me and it’s pissing me off.”
But Kim acknowledged the family had put pressure on Khloe to take care of Rob, and said they were wrong to do that.
“You have this heavy heart, but I think you should start being selfish,” Kim told her.
Khloe again said she felt guilty, but understood that she can’t help her brother if he won’t help himself.

Kim later brought new gifts to the orphanage with Kris, and found out about donating a pool for the kids to play in.
“I know I’m not going to be seeing Pink every day. I wanted to go and say goodbye one last time,” she told the camera after. “I know I’ll always remember her.”
Khloe felt the trip was finally shaping up to end on a “high note,” and joked with Brody and Brandon about trying to set her up.
“I don’t do one-night stands,” she told the guys. “I’m just not mentally there.”
Their relaxed time at an outdoor bar was interrupted, however, when a guy grabbed Kendall’s butt.
Brody started roughing the guy up, but they were separated before it could amount to a full-on fight.
“What a creeper,” he said afterward, as Khloe and Kendall praised him for standing up for his little sister.
The family spent their final night together on the beach, with Kris organizing one last activity about “letting go.”
Together, they did a lantern-releasing ceremony, and the Kim said, “I just hope that everyone in the one family just lets go of something that’s weighing heavy in their heart.”
“I guess I’m just letting go of my young self and the past and being independent,” said Kendall.
Kris shared, “I think what I’m letting go of is fear — fear of everything not being exactly the way it was.”
Khloe got the final word.
“Even though I was really resisting coming on this vacation, I did have a great time,” she said. “Sometimes you just have to let go and let God.”
