Justin Bieber and his partner in crime, Khalil, (aka, Bieber's friend that was racing and arrested with him in Miami) took their cars to West Coast Custom recently. Bieber's Ferrari 458 Italia is now wrapped in frozen red chrome and Khalil's Corvette Stingray in matte red.
