Jillian Michaels is leaving “The Biggest Loser.”
On Wednesday, NBC announced that Michaels will not be returning to the show for its upcoming 16th season.
As Gossip Cop previously reported, Michaels wanted to leave after last season’s winner, Rachel Frederickson, lost an extreme amount of weight on the show.
We were told at the time that the trainer was “deeply concerned” that there isn’t enough “attention paid to the contestants’ health or wellness.”

This is the third time Michaels has exited the weight-loss series.
