Seems reasonable.
A US company has launched a machine that supposedly creates "the perfect cup of tea" in under 90 seconds.

The machine works through creating a vacuum, which releases air from the pores to draw out a more fulfilling flavour from the tea. Bkon, the company behind the machine, says this is much better than simply dipping a tea bag into boiling water.
Dean Vastardis, the co-founder of Bkon, who produced the machine, said: "Reverse atmospheric infusion actually changes the air pressure, so the soluble flavour elements and natural sugars are extracted more completely and with greater purity."

The machine, however, will cost £7,700 ($13,000) so it is more likely to be seen inside large franchises than in your kitchen. It is currently being tested in Starbucks' Teavana pilot store in New York.
