Sherri Shepherd and Lamar Sally are reportedly expecting a baby together via surrogate, a complicated matter now that the couple is divorcing.

As Gossip Cop reported, Sally filed for divorce last week after nearly three years of marriage, and numerous reports have suggested an acrimonious split.

TMZ now reports that Sally is seeking sole physical and legal custody of their unborn child, with Shepherd only getting visitation rights.

Sally also wants a legal order to prevent Shepherd from taking the baby after its birth, which is reportedly expected in late July.

The site further says Sally wants their prenuptial agreement thrown out based on fraud, and is demanding spousal support.

Shepherd, who has a 9-year-old son from her first marriage, has been open for years about her desire for another child and potentially using a surrogate.

“The View” host has yet to specifically address the breakup.

We’ll have updates.
