“Rosie O’Donnell has been a huge hit on the Jennifer Lopez-produced ABC Family drama ‘The Fosters’ — but she could be banned from the show because the two divas can’t stand each other,” reports the National Enquirer.
A “source” explains to the outlet, “Jennifer thinks Rosie is loud, annoying and abrasive. She most likely won’t return for any future episodes.”
“Jennifer approved casting Rosie because she thought it would boost ratings — but it didn’t take long for the two to lock horns,” continues the Enquirer source.
What supposedly happened?
O’Donnell supposedly criticized Lopez’s parenting in front of the show’s staff, gave her “unsolicited career advice and cracked lewd jokes about her 18-years-younger boyfriend Casper Smart.”
Funny, but the Enquirer doesn’t mention how it falsely reported two years ago that Lopez wanted to dump Smart for ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Whoops, looks like that “reporting” didn’t pan out.
Of course, the Enquirer has repeatedly spread bogus stories about both Lopez and O’Donnell, so it’s no huge surprise this story turned out to be a big dud.
A source close to the production tells Gossip Cop the report about a Lopez-O’Donnell feud is “silly” and simply not true.
