Police launched an appeal to help find the 24-year-old.
Police have released a statement confirming Mami Konneh Lahun has now been found safe and well, having returned to her temporary address in Greenwich.
"We thank the media for their assistance," a spokesperson said.
Earlier, the Metropolitan Police launched an appeal after Konneh Lahun, from Sierra Leone, went missing following yesterday’s London Marathon.
The 24-year-old had not been seen since finishing the 26.2-mile race in 20th place on Sunday.

She is due to fly home later today but did not return to her temporary accommodation following the marathon.
The police said the 24-year-old has no known links to the UK and is not in possession of a mobile phone.
