The Other Woman is set to knock off Captain America: The Winter Soldier atop the box office.
Early estimates put the Cameron Diaz comedy at $25 million for the weekend, enough for the #1 spot in its first week of release.
Meanwhile, a trio of holdovers — Captain America, Heaven Is For Real and Rio 2 — are each expected to earn approximately $13 million in a battle for second place.
Brick Mansions, starring the late Paul Walker, should debut at #5 with roughly $9 million.
The Johnny Depp sci-fi thriller Transcendence is tracking toward $5 million and sixth place.
The Quiet Ones, Bears, Divergent and A Haunted House 2 are each projected to finish with $2.5-$3.5 million, rounding out the Top 10.
