Trace Adkins’ wife has filed for divorce after nearly 17 years of marriage.
Rhonda Adkins filed documents in Williamson County, Tennessee on Tuesday, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
According to TMZ, Adkins’ wife is asking for child support, alimony, and to be named as the sole beneficiary in the country star’s life insurance policy.
The couple has three daughters together.
In January, Adkins entered rehab for alcohol abuse after allegedly getting into a fight with an impersonator on a cruise.
He had been sober for 12 years.
