Selena Gomez is being pulled into Justin Bieber’s legal problems.
The singer-actress has been issued a subpoena to testify in the case of the paparazzo who claims Bieber kicked him in the stomach during a May 2012 altercation for which Gomez was present.
Now the photographer’s legal team has summoned Gomez for a deposition to give an account of the event.
According to TMZ, lawyers also want to question her about “pillow talk” with Bieber that may have included discussion of his interactions with paparazzi.
Earlier this month, video of Bieber’s own combative deposition in a separate Miami-based paparazzi dispute surfaced, showing his irritation with questions about Gomez.
