Joan Rivers appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” on Thursday night, 26 years after she was banned from the show by former host Johnny Carson.
The first thing she did was make a Holocaust joke.

Rivers told Fallon her Mercedes broke down on the way to the studio, cracking, “I’m thinking, the Germans killed 6 million Jews, you can’t fix a f**king carburetor!”
Fallon put his head in his hands and fellow guest Russell Crowe gave an embarrassed laugh.
The comedienne then said she and her “girlfriend” Bruce Jenner recently got “matching vagina rings.”
Crowe really liked that joke as well.
