TV Ratings: ‘Killer Women’ Goes Lower, ‘NCIS: LA’ Returns Steady

CBS took Tuesday night among the Big Four with an average 2.5 rating among adults 18-49 and 15.9 million viewers for the night. NCIS (3.0 adults), NCIS: LA (2.4 adults) and Person of Interest (2.0 adults) were all even with their last showings. 

The Biggest Loser (1.7 adults) was also steady on NBC, leading into a slightly smaller Chicago Fire (1.8 adults) -- which was down two-tenths of a point at 10 p.m. NBC averaged a 1.7 rating with adults 18-49 and 5.9 million viewers.

ABC posted an average 1.4 demo rating and 4.6 million viewers over the three-hour primetime block. Agents of SHIELD (2.2 adults) held even with last week. The Goldbergs (1.8 adults) improved a tenth of a point from last week, while Trophy Wife (1.1 adults) also held steady. As for Killer Women (0.7 adults), the freshman drama was down two-tenths from last week's disappointing 0.9-rated debut.

Dads (1.2 adults) dropped three-tenths of a point on Fox. Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.4 adults), seeing no Golden Globes boost just yet, was off by a tenth of a point. New Girl (1.6 adults) held last week's score, and The Mindy Project (1.2 adults) shed a tenth of a point. Fox took a 1.3 rating with adults 18-49 and 3.1 million viewers for the night.

On the CW, The Originals (0.9 adults) and Supernatural (1.0 adults) each shed a tenth of a point from their last originals in December. The CW took a 1.0 adults rating and 2.1 million viewers.
