Robert Pattinson has sold his Los Feliz home to Jim Parsons.
According to real estate site Trulia, the $6.375 million deal was finalized on Tuesday.
Pattinson purchased the gated property, built in 1922, back in September 2011 for $6.275 million.
He listed it for sale in October 2013.
It features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a lagoon pool and gardens on a 1.5-acre terraced site.
Basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar once owned the residence.
