Over on ABC, The Middle (1.9 adults) matched its most recent outing and Back in the Game (1.5 adults) inched up by a tenth. Modern Family (3.5 adults) saw the night's most growth, improving three-tenths of a point, and Super Fun Night (1.8 adults) improved by two-tenths. Nashville (1.4 adults) shed two-tenths of a point at 10 p.m. ABC averaged a 1.9 rating with adults 18-49 and 6.8 million viewers.
The second night of The Sing-Off (1.8 adults), a special, was down six-tenths of a point from Monday's post-Voice opener. Special Kelly Clarkson's Cautionary Christmas Music Tale, which aired at 10 p.m., matched last year's Michael Buble holiday effort with a 1.4 in the demo. NBC averaged a 1.7 rating with adults 18-49 and 5.7 million viewers.

A steady X Factor averaged a 1.4 rating among adults 18-49 and 4.9 million viewers on Fox.
The CW's winter finale of Arrow (1.0 adults), off two-tenths of a point from last week, still swelled with young male audiences. The Tomorrow People (0.5 adults) was down by a tenth -- pulling half of its lead-in. The CW averaged a 0.8 adults rating and 2.2 million viewers.
