LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- All-male a Capella group Home Free were declared the winners of NBC’s “The Sing-Off” on Monday night.
The Minnesota-bred five piece — Chris Rupp, Tim Foust, Austin Brown, Rob Lunquist and Adam Rupp — will follow up their win by releasing their debut album, “Crazy Life,” on Columbia Records.
The album will feature original music, as well as covers, including Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire,” which earned the group major praise from the judges — Jewel, Ben Folds and Shawn Stockman — on the NBC reality singing competition. Home Free’s album will also include the medley of Hunter Hayes songs the outfit performed on Monday’s show.
