Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner spent part of their Christmas Eve visiting with sick kids.

The sisters went to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on Tuesday, where they put on protective gowns and masks to keep germs from spreading as they met with patients.
“thank you to the LA children’s hospital for allowing us to visit today,” Jenner posted on Instagram with the hashtags ”#BestWishes #MerryChristmas.”
Kardashian also shared a few pics, captioning one photo, “Thank you LA Children’s Hospital staff for all you do for these children! You are heros!”
