Kate Middleton Is NOT “Pregnant Again,” Despite Star Cover Story

“It’s official: Kate’s Pregnant Again!” screams the headline of the cover of Star, which claims Kate Middleton and Prince William are expecting a second child.

According to the supermarket tabloid, just five months after the birth of their son George, the royals have “stun[ned] their happy families with wonderful holiday news.”

The magazine says photos, taken in early December of Middleton pushing a stroller on the grounds of Kensington Gardens, even show a “developing baby bump.”

What’s more, says Star, Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge recently attended a gala for London’s Natural History Museum and a so-called eyewitness recalls Middleton was “glowing,” rested her hand “gently on her stomach,” and appeared to have a “little bump.”

The tab further states that Queen Elizabeth was told the good news over a holiday lunch on December 18, and the young royals’ respective families are “thrilled beyond words.”

The magazine’s bogus “source” further claims that “Kate’s mum, Carole Middleton, has already been pushing for the baby to be named after William’s late mother, Diana,” if it’s a girl.

OK, no real person says in conversation, “Kate’s mum, Carole Middleton” or “to be named after William’s late mother, Diana.”

These quotes are FAKE, as is the entire cover story.

There’s more nonsense about how Middleton supposedly is designing “the new nursery,” but we’ll spare you.

Gossip Cop checked in with the Duchess of Cambridge’s spokesman, who noted it’s rare to comment on stories like this, however, he was willing in this case to assure us that the Star story is 100 percent not true.
