Rob Ford, the Toronto mayor who admitted to smoking crack and made a series of inappropriate remarks, was spoofed in the “SNL” cold open.
Ford (Bobby Moynihan) was seen in the sketch saying a ton of ridiculous things — as well as buying crack — at a press conference.
