TV Ratings: ‘Almost Human’ Sees Promising Early DVR Stats

Almost Human has already seen some solid lifts after its Nov. 17 premiere. The Fox drama, which averaged a 3.1 rating among adults 18-49 in its inaugural telecast, moved up 32 percent in its first live-plus-3 returns.

The first adjustment ahead of live-plus-7 puts the drama at a 4.1 adults rating. With Sleepy Hollow, Fox now stands as the only broadcast net to premiere two new series over a 4.1 in live-plus-3 so far this season.

No doubt buoyed by its football lead-in, Almost Human performed especially well with men -- rising from a 3.7 to a 4.8 rating with men 18-49. That marks the network's most male-friendly telecast this season.

The second episode of Almost Human, which premiered in its regular Monday time slot to a 2.3 adults rating, will need a bigger lift to maintain its momentum.
