The 13-year-old gets her head partially shaved in a new video she posted on Instagram (see below).
After sharing the short clip of her radical haircut, Cyrus posted a couple of selfies of her new look (see below).
Responding to some negative comments, the teenager wrote, “I’ve never been perfect but neither have you.”
