Lamar Odom met with the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday and could potentially soon return to the NBA team after months of personal turmoil including alleged drug abuse.
Multiple outlets have confirmed that the 14-year veteran and Clippers officials including head coach Doc Rivers met at the team’s practice facility to discuss the possibility of Odom joining the roster.
Odom had a career-worst season last year with the Clippers following a long, successful stretch with the Los Angeles Lakers and a brief stint with the Dallas Mavericks.
Last summer, rumors of a crisis in Odom’s marriage to Khloe Kardashian were punctuated by a report that he was on a crack binge while temporarily missing.
