LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Jennifer Lawrence stepped out at the New York premiere of “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” on Wednesday night where she revealed to Access Hollywood how she’s been under the weather the last few weeks.
“I’m OK. I’ve got a swollen stomach, whatever that means,” the 23-year-old Oscar winner explained during her latest stop on her media blitz.
Access asked if her troubles were possibly coming from her grueling schedule.

“I think it might be, yeah. I think just… tired,” she continued.
During an appearance on “Late Night with David Letterman” on Wednesday, she also spoke about her stomach issue.
“I just had this really bad pain for, like, three weeks,” she said, explaining that she finally decided to go to the ER. “And you know you can only s**t your pants so many times a day before you go to the emergency room, before you’re like, ‘I need to go to the hospital.’”

Her trip to the hospital was no walk in the park.
“I just did this thing yesterday called an endoscopo-something, where they put you to sleep,” she revealed. “And the woman - it’s pretty clear when you first meet me, I’m a freakin’ head case and I’m crazy - so I’m in there like, ‘Ugh, what are these?! What do they mean?! What does that say?!’
And while she was under, the actress had some wild dreams.
