Anthony Mackie was arrested for DWI in New York on Saturday.
The Hurt Locker and Gangster Squad actor was pulled over at approximately 1:30 a.m. for having tinted windows on his vehicle, at which point police officers reportedly smelled booze.
According to TMZ, Mackie failed multiple field sobriety tests and was taken to a local station for booking.
Because he refused to take a blood-alcohol test, his driver’s license will be automatically suspended.
