Will Smith and Jada Pinkett are NOT on a “trial separation,” despite a wrong report from RadarOnline.
The webloid claims the pair is “living separate lives,” noting, “Will has been in New Orleans since mid-September filming Focus, and is scheduled to stay there through next month as well.”
Umm… they’re leading “separate lives” because Smith is shooting a movie?
Anyway, the blog goes on to add that Pinkett told the crowd at a recent womens’ charity event in Baltimore, “When you are going through a storm with your spouse… stop thinking about what you ‘believe’ a husband or wife should be.”
OK, that seems to be advice on how to make a marriage work, no?
Clearly, this “separation” report is completely baseless.
A source close to Smith and Pinkett calls the blog’s story “wrong” and “dumb,” telling Gossip Cop exclusively, “Will’s doing a movie in New Orleans. Jada and the kids were there for Jada’s birthday” last month.
Oops.
