Miley Cyrus opened her “SNL” monologue by talking about her controversial MTV Video Music Awards performance.

She said a lot of people were upset, even the guy who created the foam finger.
Cyrus also said she would not do anything about “Hannah Montana” on “SNL” (who she “murdered”) nor would she do a sketch about “WreckingBall,” which upset Bobby Moynihan, who was sitting naked atop a wrecking ball.
