NEW YORK, N.Y. -- If you’re like Healthy Hollywood, I am always in a rush to get out the door and sometimes making a healthy breakfast is nearly impossible. Plus, I am not an egg eater and cereal is never my go-to.
So, what’s a health-conscious gal to do?
As we all know, eating a healthy breakfast is a must to get the day started in the right way – full of energy and nutritionally sound. Smoothies are my fulfilling wake-up call.
