Selena Gomez’s performance on Thursday’s “The View” was interrupted by some technical difficulties on the sound stage.
The pop star was about to begin singing “Slow Down” when she stopped and told her band, “I can’t hear… I can’t hear myself.”

Gomez handed the awkward situation well, making small talk with the audience before Jenny McCarthy finally came on stage and told the crowd, “Alright, we’re gonna go on a commercial break.”
Eventually, everything was fixed and the pop star was able to perform.
McCarthy tweeted after the show, “Holy crap. Technical difficulties today on #theview. Selena was a good sport with the pandemonium. Love her.”
