Farewell, Hannah Montana. Miley Cyrus didn't find it necessary to gently break it to her young fans on Saturday Night Live that Hannah Montana is gone forever. During her monologue, the 20-year-old singer bluntly said that she wouldn't be doing a sketch with the Disney role that began her career.

"There's a few subjects we're not going to get into tonight," the "Wrecking Ball" singer warned the audience. "I'm not going to do Hannah Montana, but I can give you an update on what she's been up to -- she's been murdered," Cyrus said with a straight face. (Cyrus previously explained in her Miley: The Movement documentary that "she just needed to let og of the past in a way, so she "could be the bad bitch I am.")

She also said that her now-immortalized dance moves would be put on the back burner. "There will be no twerking tonight. I used to think twerking was cool, but now that white people do it its lame," she explained.
She may not have twerked, but the "We Can't Stop" singer did joke that she got phone calls after her provocative VMA performance from both "angry mothers" and "turned on fathers."

"I don't apologize for my VMA performance," she firmly said. "If I owe anybody an apology its the people who make the bottom half of shirts."
As for poking fun of her tearful (and very naked!) "Wrecking Ball" video? The young star decided to opt out of doing one, even though cast member Bobby Moynihan was already naked straddling a wrecking ball backstage.
