LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Just two days ago, Miley Cyrus stepped out at the FGI Night of Stars gala in a stylish Marc Jacobs gown – but now she’s back to being Miley – bird-flipping included!
The singer posted a photo on Twitter of herself and friend Cheyne Thomas at New York City’s The Beatrice Inn (according to E!), where she is seen flipping off the camera in a photo that many are calling provocative.
The 20-year-old – who is seen in a tank top and fishnet stockings with a flannel shirt wrapped around her waist – is getting up close and personal with Cheyne as she flips off the camera while clutching wads of cash.

Miley is also seen spreading her legs while sitting on what appears to be the DJ booth or a bar, as Cheyne has his hands on her thighs, also clutching fistfuls of cash.
The singer Tweeted the caption, “So it’s true. If you turn the lights off and look into a mirror and say #turndown4WHAT 3 times fast sh*t gets TURNT,” with the photo.
Next up for Miley, the singer is headed to the MTV Europe Music Awards in Amsterdam on November 10.
