Nick Jonas may have hinted at some unrest between him and siblings just three weeks before the Jonas Brothers abruptly canceled their tour on Wednesday.
Asked what it’s like working with his family in Men’s Health, the singer shared, “The pro is that you have a really good support system. The con is that you’re with the same people every day for a long time, which, if you’re family or not, can be a lot at times.”
Jonas added, “But we all have a good relationship and actually really enjoy our time together.”
As for changing the band’s sound now that they’re older, the star said, “It definitely comes with challenges. There are a lot of different ways you can approach coming to maturity, but the one we took is to continue to grow with the fans and take our time with it because it’ll last longer.”
The Jonas Brothers spokesperson told Gossip Cop they shut down their tour because, “There was a big a disagreement over their music direction.”
