Amy Poehler shared her strict “pregame ritual” for hosting the Golden Globes on Thursday’s “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Asked how she prepares for the gig, the “Parks and Recreation” star said, “I go to a ranch for two weeks. No talking, no food — just juice.”
Poehler continues, “I consult my astrologer, then I go into a cave and just lie on the ground.”
“Then I just drive my solid gold Porsche into a brick wall, and I prank call Sandra Bullock, and then I get started!” jokes the comedian.
