"Million Second Quiz"
The U.S. Open men's final aired for a full hour in primetime, putting CBS' lineup on a delay and making early returns too skewed to give an accurate picture -- especially for Under the Dome. The drama aired at 10:30 p.m. on the east coast. Still, the network is on track to win the night in total viewers (6 million) and tie ABC among adults 18-49 (1.4 rating).
Sandwiched between repeats of Shark Tank and Castle, the season finale of Mistresses (1.4 adults) tied last week for a series high on ABC. The network averaged 5.2 million viewers.

NBC's big push for The Million Second Quiz brought a win for the competition during its 8 p.m. premiere, though the Ryan Seacrest hosted event was not off to that big of a start. The episode averaged a 1.7 rating with adults 18-49 and 6.5 million viewers against big competition in ESPN's Monday Night Football. It dropped a tenth of a point and 500,000 viewers in its second half hour, and its demo average matches that of last summer's ill-fated Stars Earn Stripes. American Ninja Warrior (1.6 adults) dropped a tenth of a point from last week's season high, and Siberia (0.7 adults) inched up one tenth. The network pulled a 1.3 rating in the key demo and 4.6 million viewers for the night.
Encores of Bones averaged a 0.8 rating among adults 18-49 and 3.4 million viewers on Fox.
A new episode of Breaking Pointe (0.2 adults) held even on the CW, giving the network a nightly average of a 0.2 rating and 555,000 viewers.
Univision took a 1.3 rating with adults 18-49 for the night and 3.4 million viewers. Telemundo had a 0.5 rating and 1.1 million viewers.
