Tuesday night's presidential address, which aired between 9 and 9:15 p.m. ET, means final ratings will likely see some revision when they arrive on Wednesday afternoon -- but as it stands, NBC scored easily with America's Got Talent.
The network started off the night with the second outing for Million Second Quiz, and though it faced less competition due to a lack of NFL, the game show was down two-tenths of a point from its soft debut for a 1.5 rating among adults 18-49. Unlike the previous night, it grew in the second half hour, though many TV users were no doubt turning dials in anticipation of seeing President Obama speak. Talent (2.3 adults) was down by a tenth of a point from last Tuesday. NBC, which also easily topped nets in live coverage from the White House, averaged a 2.0 rating with adults 18-49 and 7.8 million viewers for the night.

Fox's recently renewed So You Think You Can Dance wrapped up its 10th season with an average 1.4 rating among adults 18-49 and 4.3 million viewers. Up a tenth of a point from last week, but down 13 percent from last summer's ender, the show had the difficult task of breaking in the middle of a live broadcast for the address.
CBS aired encores, averaging a 1.0 rating among adults 18-49 -- including during coverage of Obama. The network also pulled 7.1 million viewers for the night.
Repeats on ABC and the special ABC News: Crazy Stupid Luck (0.8 adults) averaged a 1.0 adults rating for the network and 4.7 million viewers.
Whose Line Is It Anyway? encores led into a slightly boosted Capture (0.4 adults) on The CW, up a tenth of a point, week to week. The network averaged a 0.5 rating with adults 18-49 and 1.4 million viewers.
Univision pulled a 1.0 rating with adults 18-49 and 2.8 million viewers for the night, while Telemundo averaged a 0.4 adults rating and 1 million viewers.
