Breaking their silence. Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are speaking out about their 39-count indictment fraud charges on a special episode of Watch What Happens Live on Sunday, Sept. 29. The couple open up about their possible 50 year prison sentence and reveal who they want to raise their four daughters in their stead.

"Just hearing about [this] I got emotional knowing you -- where is your emotion in this?" host Andy Cohen asked the couple. "I can't fall apart Andy, I mean my daughters -- they mean the world to me," Teresa replied. "You go through things in life, I don't know why, I mean I'm asking, 'Why is this happening to me?' Maybe its something my daughters could learn from," she tearfully said.
Dressed in business attire and holding hands, the grim-faced reality stars also discussed Joe possibly getting deported during the episode -- even though he seemed confused on the amount of time he could actually be facing in jail. When Cohen mentioned their charges carry a maximum of 50 years, the Italian-born patriarch of the family was quick to reply, "I thought it was 100. I think, yeah. I'm not sure."

On July 29, the Giudices were indicted for allegedly conspiring to commit mail and wire fraud, bank and bankruptcy fraud and making false statements on loan applications.
"Today is a most difficult day for our family. I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me," Teresa told Us Weekly in a statement at the time.
Teresa and Joe pleaded not guilty during a court appearance in New Jersey on Aug. 14; their next hearing will be on Oct. 3, with a trial set for Oct. 8.
Their segment will air Sunday, Sept. 29 at 9 p.m. EST following the season finale of RHONJ on Bravo.
