Miley Cyrus’ new music video for “Wrecking Ball” premiered on Monday, and the singer is naked.

In the clip, directed by Terry Richardson, the singer cries, swings completely nude from a wrecking ball, and melts down over a broken relationship.

She also tongues a mallet, and smacks herself.
The ballad is the second single to be released from Cyrus’ upcoming Bangerz album.
