Jenelle Evans keeps getting in trouble with the law — and this time she’s claiming sex as an excuse.

The “Teen Mom 2″ star and her new boyfriend Nathan Griffith were recently pulled over by cops in North Carolina when he was spotted driving recklessly.
Evans had an explanation for the police.
“Honestly, we were trying to have sex,” she’s overheard telling an officer in the dash cam video.
The cop asks, “That’s why you guys were all over the road?” to which Evans replies, “Yeah.”
