Another doctor is down for the count on ABC's Grey's Anatomy.
In a new preview for next week's season 10 premiere, Shane (new series regular Gaius Charles) makes what could be a game-changing decision to send Heather (Tina Majorino) to find the Chief -- rather than following Bailey's (Chandra Wilson) direct orders.

The Chief (James Pickens Jr.), meanwhile, remains unconscious on the floor of the hospital's basement after he was electrocuted trying to repair the generator in order to help Grey Sloan Memorial weather the storm.
The first promo for the two-hour season opener promised that someone would die. The latest promo certainly offers two prime candidates in the Chief and Heather, who not only electrocutes herself but also hits her head on the way down.
