CBS’ ‘Intelligence’ Enlists Thomas Arana

CBS' cyber drama Intelligence is adding a new administrator to its ranks.

The Dark Knight Rises alum Thomas Arana has boarded the Marg Helgenberger-Josh Holloway drama, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Intelligence centers on U.S. Cyber Command, a unit that has been created around one agent (Lost's Holloway) with a very special gift: a microchip that has been implanted in his brain that allows him to access the entire electromagnetic spectrum.

Arana will appear in multiple episodes as Adam Weatherly, director of national intelligence. The character is in charge and good at his job but knows he needs to rely on others in order to make the big plays. He'll first appear in the second episode and return in episodes four and six of the midseason drama.

The theater actor's credits include Gladiator, L.A. Confidential, The Bourne Supremacy and Pearl Harbor. He's repped by KW Entertainment.

Intelligence is slotted for Mondays at 10 p.m. following the conclusion of fall drama Hostages. An exact premiere date has not been announced.
