Lady Gaga has released a short video called “Lady Gaga Is Over.”
The promo for her new single “Applause” shows Gaga doing Gaga things as subtitles blare messages like, “Lady Gaga is no longer relevant” and “Ever since Born This Way, she’s a flop.”
Then it urges fans to purchase ARTPOP in November.
