The Calling singer Alex Band was abducted, brutally beaten and then dumped by a set of train tracks in Michigan on Sunday morning.
According to TMZ, the band’s lead vocalist was walking from his hotel to a convenience store around 4 a.m. in Lapeer, Michigan, when a van drove alongside him and the people inside pulled him into the vehicle.
Band was robbed, severely beaten and then left at some nearby train tracks.
The singer was eventually discovered by his bandmates, who were in town for a music festival and noticed he had gone missing.
Band was treated at a local hospital and released.
A spokesperson for the Lapeer Police Department confirms to Gossip Cop that an investigation is underway.
Police are currently looking for two male suspects driving a blue minivan.
