The Mean Girls star was released from a court-mandated 90-day stint in rehab on July 30. In her lifetime, Lohan has been to rehab at least six times. "Constantly sending me to rehab is pointless," she told Piers Morgan in May. "The first few times I was court-ordered to rehab it was like a joke, like killing time."

On Wednesday, Aug. 7, Lohan was reportedly partying all night at an L.A. hotel with British boy band The Wanted, specifically Max George, whom she briefly dated in December 2012. A source told Us Weekly that the Canyons star looked "worse for wear" while leaving early the next morning. She was reportedly "escorted out" with the group after the hotel received noise complaints.
