Kim and Kourtney Kardashian played a foul prank on their family on Sunday’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” making the clan think they had eaten placenta during a family dinner.

On last week’s episode, Kim grossed out her family when she informed them she wanted to eat her placenta after giving birth to her baby daughter.
The Kardashians weren’t on board with the idea, so Kim and Kourtney decided to prank them into thinking the beef brisket they were eating was actually human placenta ordered off the Internet.
