Kanye West tells Kris Jenner about how “disturbing” it is to be portrayed as “some type of enemy” in the media during his much-anticipated interview on Friday’s “Kris,” and how having a daughter has changed everything.

He explains, “Even at my lowest points… The last thing that I would want to happen to my daughter is some crazy, drunk black guy in a leather shirt to come up and cut her off at an awards show,” referring to his infamous interruption of Taylor Swift at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.
When Jenner says that West has a new perspective with baby North in his life, the performer wistfully notes, “I was just a crazy rock star.”
Later, when Jenner tells West that he’s the “softest, sweetest” new dad, he jokingly replies, “Please don’t call me soft as a rapper.”
