Justin Bieber is being investigated over whether he instructed his bodyguards to beat up a 22-year-old man outside a Hamptons club on Sunday morning.
Wayne Rennalls was injured in a fight with Bieber’s security team, and now police are looking into the pop star’s involvement in the brawl.
Southampton cops tell the New York Post, “That would be part of the investigation, whether Bieber directed them or not.”
The teen singer allegedly became angry when Rennalls followed one of the waitresses at South Pointe club over to Bieber’s table after she borrowed Rennalls’ bowtie.
Rennalls was reportedly hospitalized after suffering a black eye, busted lip and broken ribs.
Bieber’s reps say he was not involved in the fight.
