David Cassidy was arrested for drunk driving in upstate New York on Wednesday.
He was taken into custody near Albany early in the morning after being pulled over at a DWI checkpoint and failing a Breathalyzer test.
Cassidy faces felony charges because he was previously busted for DUI in Florida.
