The American Hitmen rocked the stage on Tuesday’s “America’s Got Talent.”
The band, comprised of Marines from Salt Lake City who met while serving overseas, received a standing ovation from the judges for their cover of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Simple Son.”
Howard Stern told them, “Boys, I have been waiting for two seasons to find a band that could go all the way at the top. I believe you’re contenders.”
Heidi Klum also “loved it,” and Mel B. stated, “This is what this show needs.”
Howie Mandel agreed, saying, “This is what ‘America’s Got Talent’ is all about. The trip from a smoke pit to the stage and possibly a $1 million can only happen right here.”
