TV Ratings: ‘America’s Got Talent’ Holds Steady, ‘Big Brother’ Inches Up

NBC topped the night in both the adults 18-49 demographic and total viewers on Wednesday, thanks to a steady America's Got Talent. The two-hour competition matched last week's 2.8 adults rating before the second outing of scripted freshman Camp (1.4 adults) shed a tenth of a point. The network averaged a 2.0 rating with adults 18-49 and 7.7 million viewers.

MasterChef (2.1 adults) was down by two-tenths of a point on Fox, giving the network an average 1.6 adults rating and 4.4 million viewers for the night.

On CBS, Big Brother (2.1 adults) inched by by a tenth of a point. CBS pulled a 1.5 adults rating and 5.7 million viewers.

With the summer burn-off of canceled comedies at an end, The Lookout (0.8 adults), up by one-tenth, was ABC's lone original offering on Wednesday. The network averaged a 0.7 rating in the demo and 2.7 million viewers.

Encores gave the CW a 0.3 adults rating and 908,000 viewers.

Univision had a 1.4 rating with adults 18-49 and 3.7 million viewers.
