Lindsay Lohan was ordered by a judge on Wednesday to continue therapy in order to avoid relapsing, one day after leaving rehab.

The actress’ attorney Shawn Holley provided the court with proof that Lohan completed her treatment at Cliffside Malibu, but during the hearing, a letter was presented by the facility’s CEO and founder, Richard Taite, urging the judge to mandate that she continue therapy sessions three times a week.

“If these sessions are not required by the court and attendance verified once a month to ensure accountability, it is a set up for almost certain failure,” wrote Taite, according to TMZ, which obtained a copy of the document.

The judge agreed, and said Lohan can do the counseling in person in Los Angeles or via Skype when she’s out of town.

The actress must complete the therapy treatment — and the 30-day community labor portion of her sentence — by November 6, 2014.
